My nightmares are gone and I feel much better. I am unable to connect to work email from home since few days. Thinking it was some kind of malfunction and now after recuperation I went to the office today ( sunday afternoon ) and my badge did not work, thus could not enter the building. In the evening I received a fedex package with cryptic message in it. I will not reveal it here at this point of time, there's not much to reveal anyway. I just want to convey the message that denying me access to work communication and work facility does not negate the fact that I am still employed by the firm as per the terms specified in the offer letter. Considering the denial of primary facilities please let me know how I can continue to render services for J P Morgan Chase. This is my only communication regarding the fedex package.

Please note that I am CCing few members of other teams since they might be wondering whether I am still sick or not, per my previous mail seen below, now to make them aware that I will be not be at my desk and also cannot respond to their emails like it used to be.

I was planning to be at the work facility tomorrow. Now I can't. As I have clearly stated to you and HR several times I will never be able to report to Greg for well known reasons. Having said that, If there is any change in your position please let me know with a clear written detailed communication. My relationship with JPMC started with an offer letter that was detailed enough and I expect any change in this relationship to be communicated to me in the same manner in all respects. Needless to say the FedEx communication failed to conveywhatever needed to be conveyed.
