During my drive back from downtown from office after badge failed I decided to drop by the apartment office, they are open in the PM on sundays. FedEx package/message was bothering me.
When I checked this time a lady did find something and apologized since it looked like overnight delivery. My wife later told me that they have mishandled few times. Anyway I opened it then and there only to find a simple message, click and see the digital photo of it below ( minus my info )

That explained badge failure. But I am not planning to contact anyone. I am not interested in "call me back" or similar messages with everything happening verbally with no paper trail. When I received employment offer all terms were clear and I had 24 hours to accept the offer letter by signing it and sending it. Likewise I am entitled to receive decent professional communication from right authority with details in it. I am employed until then. Denying me access to work communication and work facility does not negate the fact that I am still employed by the firm. I will send an email to anna letting her know my inability to work under current circumstances.
