Lower management "closing" the case

I heard that you have been making calls, indulging in management smooth talk and telling everyone that the case is closed.

How can you be so naive? OR Do you expect people to be so naive to believe you?

It's very unfortunate that you are taking sides in this case when you should actually be neutral. Earlier on a different note you had said that "I am free to resign". That was an arm-twisting, unwarranted and uncalled-for statement. And now this.

Talking about the case we have found that the JPMC HR is ill equipped and exhibited inadequacy to handle the case, the HR admitted it tacitly. Several questions that I had posed to HR continue to remain unanswered. There is an effort to trivialize and muffle the case. In the midst of this your actions come across as tantamount to colluding with HR in "closing" the case. If you compromise on your integrity and choose to take sides further that can only damage the case. I know that you are a senior manager and as such you have some stake in resolving this case. But as we all know this is a case that involves human traits, extremely ugly ones like Prejudice, Racism and such. Thus artificial corporate constructs like manager, VP, ED etc., do not have a place in this, everyone is person and will act based on individual character. Hence we are all reduced to equals here. Character and Integrity are the key words. Please let me know if you still want to continue your chosen path. In that case I can reveal all my letters that I have written to HR and senior management so far. Then people as humans can judge what the case is about and where fairness lies.

In the presence of God there will be fairness always. Hence "In God we Trust". Truth alone triumphs . Hence "Satyameva Jayate".

In the absence of God a case can only be closed in a court of law or an entity that equates to court of law. So far JPMC HR has fallen short of it.
